Return Process

  Visit our online support portal and enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Prepare Package

  Place the device and all original accessories back into the original box, ensuring the security seal is intact if the return is for a change of mind.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
